1. If you wish to return an item purchased from our website, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact our customer service within **14 days** of receiving the product.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Returns are subject to a **10% restocking fee**.
2. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund, minus the restocking fee.
